WARRANTY WORK IS FREE:

***Time starts and ends at our door. Missed appointments when a technician is dispatched will be billed the one hour minimum.


All repairs are covered under a minimum 30-day labor and 90-day parts warranty, or as specified by the manufacturer. NWWorkshop Computer Repair & Installation recommends regular data backup and assumes no responsibility for lost data.

Software Issues.
Computer Repair & Installation can diagnose and fix some software issues for our standard charge ($65/hr). Please be advised that software issues are not covered under manufacturer's warranty, nor under any maintenance contracts.

For any software issues that require reinstallation, including operating system software, the customer will need to provide or purchase appropriate licensed software.

Hardware Issues.
    Replacing failed hardware:
We are able to diagnose hardware issues and replace any hardware inside your desktop PC from the motherboard to your sound card. Providing your hardware can be purchased or replaced with something purchased from the manufacturer or other retailer.

The only exception to this may be if you have a computer like a laptop and the motherboard goes out and the manufacturer does not provide the option to purchase just the motherboard from them. Situations like this may prove to make the repair process difficult. These situations are usually not the case but something you need to be aware of as a consumer.

System Diagnostics.
The NorthWest Workshop offers complete diagnostic services for your PC. We offer fully trained and experienced computer technicians to diagnose software issues with your PC as well as software diagnostic utilities to fully test your hardware.

We specialize in offering in home and in business service. In other words we come to you. This is for your convenience. Most people lead busy lives; work, kids, sports, etc. For most people it's not convenient to unplug their computer and haul it in to a service shop just to have it looked at. We can come to your home and check out your system while you are helping the kids with homework, fixing dinner, or working on your car; helping you maximize your time. If the issue is easy enough to fix on the spot we will, otherwise we can repair your PC at our shop and bring it back to you. This way we interfere on your personal time as little as possible.

As our goal is your convenience, you are more than welcome to bring your PC to us and pick it back up later. Our flexibility is the key to customer service.
